Filip Fronczak

Filip Fronczak.

Working with Citrix since 2001 — the year my daughter was born. Citrix Certified Professional — Virtualization (CCP-V). Active Citrix Partner. 25 years of unbroken practice covering every product generation — MetaFrame, Presentation Server, XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, and today's CVAD, DaaS and NetScaler.

Founded anythin' in 2008. EU registered company. Working with clients across Europe. A love for architecture and design, not only in IT.

Background

Started in IT in 1994 — hardware, servicing, builds. By 1996, writing for Polish tech magazines PC Kurier and Enter. Late '90s: MCSE, teaching Windows NT courses.

First Citrix certifications in 2002 (CCEA for MetaFrame 1.8). Worked at a Citrix Platinum Partner designing and deploying enterprise environments — large-scale rollouts, thousands of users, complex multi-site architectures. Full set of Citrix certifications — CCA through CCSP — across desktop, application, server and network virtualization. Current certification: Citrix Certified Professional — Virtualization (CCP-V).

Since founding anythin' in 2008: architecture projects, L3 support and consulting for enterprise clients.

Education: SGH Warsaw School of Economics — quantitative methods and information systems.

What I do.

Architecture & deployment

CVAD, DaaS, NetScaler, XenServer. Audit, design, migration, performance tuning. Greenfield builds or taking over what someone else started.

L3 support

When your team is stuck on a hard Citrix problem. Root-cause analysis, broken migrations, production firefighting. Retainer or hourly.

Consulting

A second pair of eyes before you commit. License renewals, version upgrades, platform changes. Citrix procurement through an authorised distributor.

Stack.

Virtual apps and desktops. On-prem, hybrid, cloud.

Managed control plane in the cloud. No on-prem Delivery Controllers.

Load balancing, Gateway, WAF. Production-grade config and tuning.

Virtualization layer under CVAD. Citrix Hypervisor.
